Atelier for dog groomers
Breed-specific services, pet history, drop-off times, and pickup notifications. Booking that knows it's scheduling a pet, not just a person.
Pet profiles, not just customer profiles
The customer brings their dog. The dog is the client, really. Each pet gets its own record — breed, weight, temperament notes, special handling, last service. Bookings attach to the pet, so a customer with two dogs can book separate appointments without confusion.
Service durations by breed and coat
A poodle full-groom takes longer than a bath-and-tidy on a labrador. Set service durations per breed or per pet so the calendar reserves the right amount of time and you don't run over.
Drop-off and pick-up windows
Customers book a drop-off time, not a service start time. The system schedules the actual grooming inside your work block, then sends a "ready for pickup" text when the dog is done. Less waiting around for the customer; less awkward conversation about timing.
Photos of every job
Snap a finished-groom photo and attach it to the appointment. Customers see how their dog looked at every visit; you build a portfolio gallery on each pet's page that helps the next customer decide.
Recurring grooming on the calendar
Most groomed dogs come every six to eight weeks. Set up the recurring schedule at the first appointment and the system books out the next year automatically — with reminders for the customer to confirm each one.
Four things every Atelier tenant gets, on day one
- A brand-fit URL. Pick a vertical-branded subdomain on day one (yourshop.atelier.salon, .tattoo, .spa, .dance, .fitness, .golf, .dog, .pet, .skin, or seated.studio). Connect a domain you own any time — no upgrade tier.
- Pick a plan, not a parts list. Forms, staff profiles, two-way calendar sync, no-show protection, waitlists, resource scheduling, multi-location support, reviews and in-person card payments — all in the plan, including the free one. Gift cards, packages and text reminders come with every paid plan. That leaves a short list of clearly-priced extras — the Marketing Suite, the AI Suite, window kiosk displays, and branding removal — and the higher plans fold some of those in too.
- Flat as your team grows. Unlimited staff, services, and customers — the same bill with five team members as with fifty, on every plan. Additional locations are a flat $25/month each, with your full plan at each.
- A free directory listing. Every paid plan (Booking Pro and up) is auto-listed in the public Atelier directory. New customers find you there and click straight through to your booking URL — no commission, no per-booking fee, no marketplace cut.
