What we charge for — and what we don't
Hire a tenth team member: same bill. Hire a receptionist, a manager, a marketing assistant: same bill. We charge for the platform, not for the people using it — there's no per-seat fee, ever. Locations are the one thing that moves the price, and they move it simply: your first location is included in the plan price, and each additional location is a flat $25/month carrying that same plan. On Booking Pro with Atelier Payments, a second location takes you to $29 + $25 = $54 — no per-staff or per-add-on stacking on top.
Why other apps charge per staff member
Most booking apps start as single-person tools, then add multi-staff and multi-location as paid upgrades — the price climbs on both axes as you grow, exactly when your margins are tightest. We don't charge per seat at all, so adding staff never moves the bill, and our per-location fee is a flat, predictable $25 rather than a per-seat multiplier stacked on top.
Multiple locations, treated like real locations
Each location has its own address, its own opening hours, its own phone number, its own team, and its own price list if you want one. Customers see them sorted by distance when they're booking, with a small map. If you have just one location, the location picker auto-skips so the booking flow stays short.
Every staff member, fully equipped
Each pro has their own profile page, their own calendar that syncs to their phone, their own notification inbox, the list of services they perform, and a record of their regulars. Receptionists see every calendar but can't edit other people's bookings. Owners see and edit everything. Other team members see their own.
What we actually charge for
The plan — free to start, paid plans from $29 a month ($49 with your own processor) — which covers your first location; each additional location is $25 a month. Reviews and in-person card payments are included on every plan, the free one included; gift cards, packages and text reminders come with every paid plan. That leaves three optional add-ons: the AI booking assistant ($39/mo — clients book by text or web chat, staff approve by text reply; 250 AI conversations a month included), the Marketing Suite ($15/mo — loyalty points, coupon codes, requestable discounts and peak pricing, included with Website Pro), and featured directory placement ($29/mo). Text reminders are $15/mo only if you want them on the free Starter plan. Card processing — only on cards that run through Atelier: 3.1% + 30¢ all-in on paid plans (3.4% + 49¢ on the free Starter plan). Bring your own Stripe, Square or Clover and we add nothing on top; take payment with your own methods and there's no fee at all. There is never a setup fee, a per-booking fee, a per-staff fee, or a commission on your sales. Those are the line items — all of them.

- A brand-fit URL. Pick a vertical-branded subdomain on day one (yourshop.atelier.salon, .tattoo, .spa, .dance, .fitness, .golf, .dog, .pet, .skin, or seated.studio). Connect a domain you own any time — no upgrade tier.
- Pick a plan, not a parts list. Forms, staff profiles, two-way calendar sync, no-show protection, waitlists, resource scheduling, multi-location support, reviews and in-person card payments — all in the plan, including the free one. Gift cards, packages and text reminders come with every paid plan. That leaves two clearly-priced extras (the Marketing Suite and the AI assistant), and Website Pro folds the first of those in too.
