SimplyBook.me has a notably broad feature catalog and supports a wide range of industries internationally, in more than 50 languages. Their AI booking assistant is real and shipping — clients can book by voice or chat on the booking page, on your own site, and through WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. Two things to check before you commit
Their texting is one-way: reminders go out, but there's no inbox for replies, so a client answering "can we move to 3?" reaches nobody — and their AI assistant, good as it is, runs on chat and WhatsApp rather than ordinary text messages, and stops working when the credit balance hits zero. And payments are configured once per company, so a shop with booth renters can't settle each pro's sales to their own account.
Where Atelier is different
Atelier keeps the add-on list short — and most of what other platforms sell as add-ons is simply in the plan. Reviews and in-person card payments come with every plan including the free one; gift cards, packages and text reminders come with every paid plan.
